Journal To The Self Workshop

Please join us on Wednesday, May 5th at 12 noon, to discover the benefits of journaling. We will host Michelle Wirth Fellman, certified facilitator of “Journal to the Self”, a workshop offering techniques for life management, problem-solving, and creative expression.
Michelle will provide tips on how to jumpstart your journaling practice, including how to launch your writing, how to capture favorite memories to preserve them for the future, and how to brainstorm and break through the surface of a certain topic in your life to help you gain new insights about it. No writing experience needed! Bring a pen and notepad.
Michelle leads journaling workshops around the North Shore for community organizations, retreats, and private groups. The “Journal to the Self “ workshop is based on the book by Kathleen Adams, a pioneer in using writing as a tool for personal growth.
